Will it work on my files?
Which PDFs work?
Searchable, text-based bundles from a consistent reporting layout, up to 20 MB and 200 pages. References should appear in the same area on each page. Scanned PDFs, interactive forms and detected digital signatures are unsupported. Occasional blank separators are retained and flagged for review; files with mostly unreadable pages are rejected. If your layout changes, adjust the template and check the results.
What if a reference is missing or repeated?
Missing references and page-shape changes are flagged for review, and you cannot export until you have resolved them. Use the page controls to join a continuation page or start a new document. A reference that reappears later starts a separate group. Duplicate filenames receive numbered suffixes.
Does the app upload my documents?
No. The PDF engine and its assets are built into this page. Processing happens on your device. Templates are downloaded only when you ask. Checkout and email links open external services separately. Do not send confidential PDFs to support.
Does it work on a phone or tablet?
It is built and supported for current desktop Chrome and Edge. The app is one self-contained file that runs entirely in the browser and the layout does adapt down to a phone, so it can run on a device able to open a local HTML file. Android handles that; iPhone and iPad restrict it, and neither is a supported configuration. After buying, the Windows launcher in the download opens the app in one click and can be pinned to the taskbar.
Is this an accounting or verification tool?
It organises PDF pages. It does not check financial figures, validate invoices, or guarantee that a suggested boundary is correct. The manifest confirms page allocation. You review the actual documents.
Buying, refunds and support
What do I receive after purchasing?
A ZIP containing the full v1 app and its guides. Extract it and open the app in current desktop Chrome or Edge. Keep a backup. The app works offline; buying, updates and support need a connection.
Can I use a free PDF tool instead?
Yes. A basic splitter may be enough for occasional jobs. This is built for repeated batches needing both grouping and meaningful filenames. Test your own batch before deciding whether it is worth paying for.
How do refunds and support work?
Email hello@zoltrack.com with your order reference. You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Describe a technical issue without attaching private documents; a synthetic example is best. Rights relating to faulty or misdescribed digital content remain unaffected.
